Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and exchange policy has you covered.

✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return but may be exchanged if defective.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, accessories, and custom-stitched outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.

🚚 How to Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email/WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on shipping the product back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed.

💰 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after quality check approval.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

⚠ Important Notes

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of wrong, defective, or damaged items, return shipping will be free of charge.
