- Sabhi orders confirm hone ke baad 24 se 48 ghante ke andar dispatch process mein daal diye jaate hain.
- Sunday aur national holidays par processing aur dispatching active nahi rehti.
2. Delivery Timelines & Charges
- Metro Cities: Dispatch ke baad 3 se 5 working days.
- Rest of India: Dispatch ke baad 5 se 7 working days.
3. Order Tracking
- Jaise hi aapka parcel courier partner ko handover hota hai, aapko SMS aur registered email ke zariye ek Tracking Link aur AWB Number bhej diya jata hai.
- Aap hamare portal ke ‘Track Order’ section par jaakar bhi real-time updates check kar sakte hain.
4. Damaged / Tampered Delivery
- Agar delivery ke time package torn ya tampered lage, toh please delivery accept na karein aur turant parcel ki photo click karke hamari customer care team ko support@kuinic.com par notify karein.
2. Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Policy Overview
Hum chahte hain ki aap Kuinic se har purchase par fully satisfied rahein. Agar aapko size ya fit ka issue aata hai, toh aap delivery ke [7] dino ke andar exchange ya return initiate kar sakte hain.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns / Exchanges
Item return ya exchange tabhi accept hoga jab:
- Product unworn, unwashed, aur bilkul original unused condition mein ho.
- Sabhi original brand tags, labels, aur safety seals intact hon.
- Original brand packaging aur invoice saath mein return kiya jaye.
Note: Clearance Sale items, customized orders, ya promotional ‘Buy 1 Get 1’ offers ke products generally returnable nahi hote (sirf size issue par exchange available hai).
3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Request Raise Karein: Apne order ki delivery ke [7] dino ke andar hamare WhatsApp number ya email (support@kuinic.com) par Order ID aur issue ki details (with product images) bhejein.
- Reverse Pickup: Request approve hone ke baad, hamara courier partner agle 2-3 working days mein aapke doorstep se parcel pick kar lega.
- Quality Check: Warehouse mein product aane ke baad quality check (QC) kiya jayega. QC pass hone ke baad exchange product dispatch ya refund process trigger ho jata hai.
4. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: QC pass hone ke baad refund aapke original payment source (UPI, Card, Net Banking) mein 5–7 working days ke andar credit kar diya jata hai.
- COD Orders: COD orders ke refunds store credits / coupon code ke form mein milte hain, ya customer ke verified bank account/UPI ID par transfer kiye jaate hain.
